|
Administrative support – Assist in preparing reports, maintaining files, data entry, and other general office support
Marketing support – Assist in promoting ReSource’s mental health services and to increase the public’s mental health awareness. (i.e., working with a graphic designer in creating Facebook and Instagram posts.)
Graphic designer – Design mental health awareness/marketing materials (e.g., graphics for Facebook/Instagram posts, banners, posters, leaflets, etc.)
IT support – Maintain webpage and provide regular IT support

ReSource is a charitable organization which provides affordable professional mental health services for individuals, couples, families and all age group (child, adult, elderly) of both Chinese and non-Chinese ethnic background. With our professional mental health team, we aim to serve a wide range of service users from different cultural background and language needs. Our goal is to increase the public’s mental health awareness and empower people to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. (Our motto: Help Others Help Themselves)

| Impact of skills-based volunteer support on NGO and mission |
As a charitable organization, ReSource has limited financial resource to fund extensive backbone support and the majority of our funding goes directly into providing mental health service for the community. There is a great need for affordable mental health services, and ReSource is in the middle of expanding our services to meet the community’s need. With the skills-based volunteer support, we are able to create a better supportive system for our professional mental health team and help ReSource in raising mental health awareness in the community.
