Founded in late 2007, Pathfinders helps distressed migrant women and their Hong Kong-born children find a safe and legal way home.

From immigration, medical care and employment to child care, adoption and family planning, they provide holistic assistance to their clients, helping them become documented and find their way back home. By connecting them with support networks in both the public and private sectors, they aim to bring hope to lives that would otherwise fall deep into the cracks of despair.
