Description of work

- Support the Organization's IT projects development includes meeting with all level of stakeholders to understand their operations/ business challenges, document and articulate those as user requirements and translate it into functional specifications
- Assist and support in solution review/ selection/ UAT
- Overall project management and users training support
- Provide deskside supports including system infrastructure and server supports
- Telephony/ Audio/ Video infrastructure supports

NGO mission and description of organization’s work

Food Angel is a food rescue and food assistance program launched in 2011 by Bo Charity Foundation with the mission of "Waste Not, Hunger Not, With Love". The program rescues edible surplus food from different sectors of the food industry that would otherwise be disposed of as waste. Following strict safety protocols, the rescued food items will then be prepared as nutritious hot meals in our central kitchens and be redistributed to serve the underprivileged communities in Hong Kong.  

Impact of skills-based volunteer support on NGO and mission We are currently looking for new IT to support the daily operations which could smoothen and enhance the efficiency of our workflow and contributing to a more stable supply on our mealboxes and allocation of resources to support the daily works.

Remarks or special requirements

- Passionate in social service. Team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to translate complex user requirements to functional requirements.
- Good in documentation
- Experience in IT project management
- Experience in IT infrastructure (Window 10/ MS Office/ Active Directory/ O365/ Azure)
- Well organized, responsible with good attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently and in meeting deadlines
