Urgent Call out for Professional Help with House Maintenance
Volunteers are required to have technical background on housing maintenance (e.g. Millwork, Painting and License of Electrical Work etc.), since Volunteers will perform maintenance services at homes of grassroots.
Description: Concern For Grassroots Livelihood Alliance Limited was established in 2011. They concern the basic needs of grassroots in Hong Kong. The major populations they serve are those with low income. They aim to improve livelihood of grassroots through direct services, researches and empowerment of service targets. They also pursue to educate the public in order to eliminate the discriminations and prejudice to the underprivileged.
Outreach and volunteer house maintenance services are needed for helping homes of grassroots affected by Typhoon borne damages (e.g. Break of Window Glass, Peeling Paint on Walls and Malfunction of Electrical Devices).
