HandsOn Volunteer Orientation Session (English)

你可以在簡介會了解如何參與牽手香港的義工服務機會，根據你的個人興趣，你想幫助的群體，你如何在牽手香港找到適合你的服務， 甚至成為牽手香港的義工隊長，帶領其他的義工參與支持社區發展。你還可以透過利用自己的專業知識及技能，成為專才義工，發揮所長服務社群。
簡介會會以英文及Zoom進行。會議連結將於9月21日或之前通過電子郵件發送給義工。
Description: Many Hong Kong citizens who were struggling to make ends meet before the pandemic are now in dire need. With 1 in 5 Hongkongers living in poverty, volunteering is a powerful way to help address some of the city's social issues and support those that need it most. If you would like to learn more about how you can support some of Hong Kong's most vulnerable—and begin your volunteering journey today—then sign up to attend the HandsOn Hong Kong volunteer orientation session on September 23rd at 1 pm.
You will learn more about the work that HandsOn does to support the local community, the types of volunteer opportunities available and how you can enhance your community service by becoming a Volunteer Leader. Besides, you may use your professional skills to serve as a skills-based volunteer in the non-profits.
The volunteer orientation session will be conducted in English through Zoom. The meeting link will be sent to volunteers by email on or before September 21st.
