Serve-A-Thon: Join the Native Tree-planting in Support of Climate Action
Description: Join Ark Eden for a morning of tree planting and reforestation allowing families to play a direct role in conservation and action for climate change! To protect and preserve Hong Kong’s ecosystem volunteers will complete tasks such as weeding, fertilising, planting seedlings and setting tree guards.
Direction: Take either 8:30am or 9:10am ferry from Central Pier 6 to Mui Wo Ferry Pier before 9:40am gathering time at the Mui Wo Ferry Pier. Volunteers can take 2:10pm ferry from Mui Wo Ferry Pier back to the Central after the service.
Remarks: This family volunteer activity is for children aged 6+ years accompanied by an adult. The guardian should sign up to this activity (after registering with HandsOn Hong Kong) and either send an email to hohk@handsonhongkong.org to sign up your child or kindly create a profile of your child to sign he/her up in the system.
