Get-to-know Hong Kong with Students with Physical Disabilities in Kornhill
Description: Volunteers will accompany a group of 8 students (junior and senior form students) with physical disabilities to explore Hong Kong community outside their dormitory. The special school hopes that the students can enjoy a good day out during weekend and learn more about the facilities like restaurants, cinemas, etc. in the community, local culture of different districts like arts centre, re-vitalized industrial buildings while communicating with others during the interactive outing.
Volunteers will accompany students to enjoy a movie in Kornhill Plaza. Volunteers will need to pay for their own lunches and movie tickets.
All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity.
