Packing Hygiene Kits distributed to the disadvantaged communities
Description: At this event you will help to pack hygiene kits. The soaps and amenities being packed are donated by hotels for recycling and distribution to disadvantaged communities including homeless and street cleaners in Hong Kong. Your help in the hygiene kit packing of soaps from hotels in Hong Kong will also promote environmental protection and improve hygiene. Volunteers will help with writing inspiring messages on the flyers and packing soaps and amenities into the hygiene kit. Guidance will be given by Soap Cycling staff.
All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity.
Volunteers should be at least 12 years of age to attend this activity without a parent or guardian. Volunteers who want to bring their children who age over 10, please create children's account and sign them up along with your registration or send us an email to HOHK@handsonhongkong.org to register.
The numbers for this activity are strictly limited so please note that it will not be possible for any non-registered family members or friends to join you.
Please note that given the current COVID-19 situation, Soap Cycling does not accept kids younger than 10 years-old.
Sessions will be canceled in the short time due to availability of the schedule as well as the sign up numbers (Min 5).
