Enjoy a Day Camp with Students with Physical Disabilities in Pok Fu Lam
Description: Volunteers will accompany a group of 6-8 students with physical disabilities to explore Hong Kong community outside their dormitory. The special school hopes that the students can enjoy a good day out during the weekend.
Volunteer Roles:
- Volunteers will accompany students to enjoy a day camp at Hong Kong PHAB Association Jockey Club PHAB Camp in Pok Fu Lam.
- Volunteers please bring your swimsuits and swimming goggles. You'll accompany the students to swim, and play table tennis and snooker afterwards.
- Volunteers will help push the wheelchairs for the students.
- We kindly request that volunteers bring or cover the cost of their own meals.
All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity.
