Fair Employment Foundation's mission is to end forced labour of migrant workers across Asia. We do this by building market solutions to make the market work better for everyone. Some of our initiatives are social businesses that generate revenue while others are pioneering solutions and technologies that help workers and employers alike.
Fair Employment Agency is a non-profit agency placing migrant domestic helpers. We got started because we saw a better way of hiring domestic helpers. By removing worker placement fees, they have reinvented the domestic helper agency so that it is fair to workers, and fair to employers. (FEA is supported by FEF)
