Description of work
|
- Working with the Splash Team, build and implement a branding and communications strategy
- Generate targeted campaign themes and ideas in order to build up our community of online supporters and followers
- Draft and schedule social media posts
- Prepare materials to promote special events and fundraising activities
- Manage and update website and blog content including translation, copy development and image updates
- Create and manage photo archive
- Manage communications content calendar
- Create and maintain press kit, adapting as needed for press inquiries
- Actively seek and facilitate press opportunities for Splash

Splash is Hong Kong’s only charitable organization that makes swimming accessible to low income communities. Bringing together experienced coaches in a supportive group setting, Splash provides an opportunity to learn an important like skill which develops confidence, improves well being and allows people to flourish both in and out of the water.

As we grow, it is critical to find someone who can help us consistently convey our core messages in order to develop new audiences - both from a donor/supporter perspective as well as reaching more beneficiaries.
