Incident Reporting

At HandsOn, safeguarding the groups that our volunteers support is a commitment we make to all of our frontline charity partners–and to each of you. As part of this commitment, we require volunteers to adhere to our  Code of Conduct, to ensure the safety of all participants.

If you witness someone contravening this code at a HandsOn Hong Kong service program or event, we strongly encourage you to use the Incident Report form below so that we are aware and can investigate. An Incident refers to any occurrence or action that is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive and/or abusive. After completing this form we may contact you to obtain more information.
