Description: In order to express our care to the elderly, volunteers will need to visit their homes and deliver gift packs to them. All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity. 描述：為了關懷居住在北區偏遠地區的長者，義工將需進行家訪並送上禮物包。 所有參與義工都必須為牽手香港的註冊義工。如有親友希望參與是次活動，必須先註冊成為牽手香港的義工，然後再登記此活動。
