Hong Kong Mutual Encouragement Association was founded in 1973 and operates 2 social centres for elderly which are Jane Shu Tsao Social Centre For Elderly in Choi Wan and Cheng Yu Tung Social Centre For Elderly in Whampoa. They offer different services such as counselling, referrals and activities like social and interest classes to meet the elderly needs and develop their interests in order to provide a happy, healthy and meaningful late life for the elderly who are 60 years old or above. Furthermore, HKMEA's staff pay an effort to provide quality of services to maintain the principle of HKMEA ̢��‰�� Respect the value of elderly in the community.
